Reduce, Reuse, Upcycle, Repurpose, Recycle.

The following resources are some of the ones I use to keep up with new research and interesting topics in the plant-based and vegan world. This list is by no means an exhaustive list but rather a place to get you started. Ask questions, consult multiple health care practitioners, talk to other herbies, join a group with like interests in your neighborhood and volunteer.

Just like I used to teach my students when doing research, you must not trust just one source but rather consult multiple, reputable sources when writing research papers. I believe the same is true when it comes to health, nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Whatever resource(s) you use, ask what their motivation is, everyone has an agenda, including me.

My agenda is one that is driven by excitement to share with others what I have found successful in helping me to regain my health. I am also an advocate for plant-based and vegan diets, organic, non-GMO, fair trade and local foods. I do charge money for my self-published compilation of recipes, which helps me to do things like continue my advocacy work, be a volunteer and to publish this website.
